If you use GSR rods in an LS block, you MUST use a GSR crank. The GSR rods are longer than LS rods, And if you use the LS crank (with its lonegr stroke), the pistons will pop up above the deck surface if you use GSR rods. The opposite is true if you use LS rods in a GSR block. The pistons will not come all the way to the top unless an LS crank is also used.
