They fit, I had some VX wheels (13-5) On my car for a long time! But if you upgrade your brakes up front to say GSR then you will not be able to use them! But you will still be able to use 14's

you can still use 13" wheels with GSR front brakes, you just need to use a spacer to move them outward to clear the GSR caliper. 
For $900 they better be some stellar wheels.... if the Hoosiers are at all uesd
