If you were rebuilding an H23 engine...what internals would you get??

Default If you were rebuilding an H23 engine...what internals would you get??

That is......you are conscious of the price too. I am looking to upgrade the cams, pistons, rods. What would you get and approx. what would it cost??

If you want to do cams, and are defintely upgrading the pistons/rods, I suggest an H23 VTEC setup...

You could buy aftermarket H23 rods (w/ floating wrist pin), get H22a aftermarket pistons, and then you can do H22a headwork....
