How do I adjust the hood latch on my 91 CRX Si??
Well the title said it all 
. My hood dosent always want to open, so I was thinking that it might need an adjustment, but I seem to be retarded at the moment and cant figure it out. So how do I ??

There is a spring on the bottom part of the hood, it's on the same bracket as the lever you have to move to release the hood.
Pointing down from the center of the spring is a cone shaped part, with a flat groove cut into it. Use a flat-head screwdrive and turn it whichever way you need it. Counter-clockwise is going to make the hood pop up stronger, and clockwise would do the opposite. Just give it a few turns and see if that fixes the problem.
