Torque Specs?

Hey anyone know how much to torque down the cam bearing bolts to? Don't know the technical term for them but they are the U shaped pieces that hold the cams in.

This is for a B18B btw

1-10 is 16lb/ft and 11-14 is 8lb/ft.. goes like

13 7 5 1 3 9 11
12 10 4 2 6 8 14
