No Integra type R motor was offered until 1996 (Japan) or 1997 (US) so maybe you mean a GSR motor?

It will fit.
Use integra mounts except for the front lower two civic mounts.
Engine certs? like proof of it being legit and not stolen? you need the title or salvage title or a release from the current owner migh tbe possible... I dont really know.
Front cut.. like a front clip? Yes you will get a lot more if you buy a front clip than if you buy a motor swap... but a clip may be more expensive. A clip will include the tranny, yes, dont change a thing if you have a Type R tranny, they are the best.

Oh yeah, one more thing.... READ SOME OF OUR POSTS here, they offer much more information than you will get if you ask the same questions we have answered every month for years and years....

Someone isn't trying to sell you a '94 ITR motor right.... Just makin sure cuz we don't want ya gettin ripped off... If it's a '94 it's a GSR... Read the block code and the year on the head... If it's a USDM '94+ GSR it will read B18C1, if it only says B18C and it's a 94-97 motor then you got a JDM GSR, and lastly if it 97+ B18C5 then you got an ITR motor... Have fun...
