removing air box

Got a body kit and when they removed my old bummper my air box keeps hitting my tire. can i remove it . I have a intake

turn your wheels all the way to one side to give you easier access to the resonator, park your car, pull back the fender lining, unscrew some screws, pull the box out , replace the fender ling,
