Default Turbo Parts List (What am i missing...?)

I'm putting together a kit and need some guidance as to what i still need to get.

Things i have:
T3/T04e 60 trim w/ .63 ar
Inlinepro T3 mani
Drag IC *core* 22.5" x 12.5" x 2.25"
Tial 35mm WG w/ .45 spring
Greddy Type S BOV

Things i know i need:
Oil lines
IC Piping
DP flange
Down pipe
Hondata s100 or s200 (Can't decide)
RC 440 Injectors
255lph Intank fuel pump (Is this necessary with larger injectors + hondata?)

Please feel free to add anything i may be missing from the list...

Thanks, Jay

you may need fuel preessure regulator, or stock may do it for now...
you also need resistor box and OBD1 imjector clips to run the injectors peak and hold

for DP, I suggest get a flange and get a U bend and cut it to fit, it's basically, flange, then ~130 deg ish bend, then goes down, then it's a 90 deg to clear the oil pan to the exhaust..you also need flex pipe to match the DP as well...

I have regular 2.5" DP, I am converting it to 3", it has the last 90 deg and flex piping to go to the exhaust, with it all you need is the flange and the U bend to make the DP

IC piping is easy, ,run 90 deg bends from the compressor outlet to the IC, then run a U bend on the other side of the IC ( get at elast 6" radius U bend to clear the chassis) then it's just a couple more 90 deg bend, then the 45 - 60 deg bend to the TB
I can make you a diagram if you want...may be different for civic, but you'll get the idea

If you're planning on boosting past 11 psi, get a 3 bar GM map sensor and the harness.

I can get you oil lines, return and feed cheap if you want, I still have a few fittings left over..

HTH

Don't you mean OBD0 injector clips?

he's not running peak and hold injectors, he says he's gona get RC 440, which are saturated. you dont need a resistor box if you get the right ones (saturated)

Yep, make sure you ask though. I remember RC having all their injectors over 440 as peak and hold. Just check to make sure.

You can actually save yourself the $40 on the injector clips if you mod the clip yourself. Just take a look at the new RC plug and the stock wiring harness plug. Just trim a little off the middle section and you're good to go.

As of right now i have a B&M FPR and i'm planning on getting the 440 saturated injectors from RC so i can avoid having to use a resistor box...

for DP, I suggest get a flange and get a U bend and cut it to fit, it's basically, flange, then ~130 deg ish bend, then goes down, then it's a 90 deg to clear the oil pan to the exhaust..you also need flex pipe to match the DP as well...

This brings up another question.
Is it Ok for me to run the compressor on the driverside or will that put too much stress on the manifold?
I have already "mocked" it up this way and it seems like it would place alot of the weight towards the "outside" of the manifold. Could this lead to cracking?

IC piping is easy, ,run 90 deg bends from the compressor outlet to the IC, then run a U bend on the other side of the IC ( get at elast 6" radius U bend to clear the chassis) then it's just a couple more 90 deg bend, then the 45 - 60 deg bend to the TB

I have a good idea on how to run the piping, but a diagram might be good for "archive" purposes...

I can get you oil lines, return and feed cheap if you want, I still have a few fittings left over..
That would be great... IM me please...

Thanks, Jay

440cc from RC are available in saturated, the next size might not be byt can be custom ordered. and resistor box isn't necessary for saturated type.
