Default how the hell did u guys get the cam gears off

there is no spot on the cam for a big wrench like b-series...i had iot a part and tried no luck...in helms it shows you taking the cam gears off, before the cams come out, so i assembled the holders, wraped a old timing belt around it, stuck something in that little hole on top, it just bent the things i put in it. a screw driver though the gear is getto and will damage the head...as of now i see my only option is a air-gun, but i dont have one....any ideas

thanks
Vinny

you have to use something that you can place between the cam gears that apply pressure against each other that keeps them from spinning
