Default super problem here! cosmetic gasket for b20!!!

Ok we need a cosmetic head gasket for a b20 that is 60thousnths thick due to the block being milled. we ordered it through larry (edyne) and he states that cosmetic will no longer sell b20 head gaskets due to the fact that they are getting a bad rap for golden eagle. he say that GE is building there sleved blocks with the sleeves just a tad bit higher than the block its self, causing the head gasket not to seal. does this sound right to you guys? we have to get a custom head gasket from somewhere. please help!

Gsr head gasket wont work. You need a non-vtec one.

Cometic makes a special hybrid (LS VTEC, CRV VTEC) gasket.

If you have a GE block you do not want to get the HP gasket, get the regular MLS. I have one on my block and it sealed fine. Only 450 miles on the block so far though.

Send me an e-mail if you would like one. 0.060" is $81.
