To make a long story short. My cat was loose and it was rattling. It started rattling after I installed the aftermarket exhaust. I couldn't tightin the 3 triangle screws were the cat and the b-pipe join. I asked acura how much and they told me it was free of charge.

Well they have always been good to me and their service is excellent and fast.
I recommended them,

I'm posting this, because I have seen post of bad Acura Dealerships.

I've been saying this forever, Metro Acura is an awsome dealer. Talk to Andy Dobler, the assistant service manager, and you will be extremely happy with their service. Every aspect of their dealership is awsome when it comes to the service department.

I've been there a few times. Wasn't impressed. I live in pomona, but I still take my car down to Peyton Cramer in Torrance when I need stuff. Peyton is good peoples.

 

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience Ed. It helps to know these people on a first name basis though. I've been going there for the past 4 years and they continue to impress me, that is why I have not jumped ship yet.

Its always easier to work with a dealer that you've built some rapport with.
