2002 accord headlight replacement
ok so anyone who knows the 2002 accord. you know the headlight has the yellow band on the bottom? is there something i can get to make that clear or have a JDM look to it? or do i have to buy a whole new piece....?
you can clear them yourself, I did it and it came out great...
www.torontoaccords.com has a really good how-to on this
get the chrome or black housing ones... looks nice
i think www.autodynamic.com has one
btw there's no JDM look for our car.. 2002.. it's only USDM... sucks...

You car just clear it to save money..i know alot of ppl just when to
tint store and get a piece of body color matching or silver sticker..
and let them cover the amber area..not bad for 20 bucks..

Cleared mine myself. If u have money and dont wanna go thru the trouble, pay for the clear set. If u do decide to clear it yourself, expect to spend the entire day on it for good results. The only thing u need to pay for are the silicon seal that they sell at OSH or Home Depot or any home improvement store. If done right, it will come out just as good as the clear ones that they sell for 150+.

You don't even need the silicone. heat them up, pull them apart, remove the strip, heat them back up and push them back together. I've done a few sets like this with no leaks.
