I've seen them as low as 240 and as much as 270. If you do get them, make sure they are really for integra. Lots of shops seem to sell the civic ones to integra owners cuz lots of aftermarket companys make one set of springs for both cars. Civic ones will be bounch as hell. integs will be better, but you should get better struts too. I know they make some kind of "Drag" springs for integs, they will be tighter, but never heard of anyone getting them. May want to look into it.
