How much can the stock internals take?
well, think about it. there are limited mods for the K-series right now. so, how are we gonna know how far we can push it? obviously, some people are going to have to build some toda, jun, skunk2 motors and blow them before we see how far we can push it.
honda has always been known to develop strong crank that can handle well over 300 hp ...i dont see why the K20 / K24 , or its big relative the F20 should be any different, the only thing you would need to worry about is the valvetrain, and hopefully I-vtec wont get in the way .....
the worst enemy i see for the K20's in the RSX , and Si is heat .....the engine bay is too cramped , and periphials like Turbos , are gonna need some major venting to expel , and bring those under the hood temperatures down .

members on clubrsx.com--- one is using a 125 nx shot on stock internals, and one has a turbo setup with 304hp to the wheels on stock internals, as base owner was up to a 100 nx shot on stock internals, so maybe u can use those as a benchmark. None have reported failures...so we'll wait and see what happens
