Default modify an EG subharness to fit an obd2a del sol

My D16Y7 in my 96 del sol went out, so i bought and swapped in a B16A2. The B16 is all the way in and wired up, except the subharness. It came with a Carrot Top Tuning harness and an EK subharness, but that didn't fit my sol. I mistakenly thought the EG subharness would fit, and it did fit the two shock tower plugs (I believe they’re the ignition and fuse box?) but the ECU isn’t getting power. There are two extra female connectors that I have nowhere to plug into. I contacted their support team, and they said they don’t have a subharness for a del sol. So, is it possible to modify the harness I have to make it work? I know nothing about wiring, sorry. Pics below!
Extra connectors that have nowhere to go; support team said they are necessary to get the ECU powered.

Full picture of subharness, the three left connectors fit fine. Is it possible to move the wires on the right side to somewhere they will actually work?

Guide for the subharness; del sol is missing the “factory connectors” they mention.

OBD2 Del Sols (96-97) are more like an OBD2A Integra from an electrical/electronic point of view. That's likely your issue.

I think what I am looking at here says that you plug up the new loom to your engine and OBD1 ecu, then the leftover connectors from the original loom and ecu plug into the two connectors you have with no home.

Since you have an OBD2 chassis, you don't have those connectors available. The OBD2 engine looms are quite a bit different from the OBD1 looms in the way they inteface with the chassis, with the OBD2 ones being largely standalone all the way back to the ecu. Connections to the chassis are made there with the green C131 connector. C131 on OBD1 chassis is that big grey one in the top right of the second photo on your instructions.

I did look at the Integra subharness they have on the website, but I'm not sure if it's right either. Same problem, I have no plugs to go into the slots.

That one at least looks like it has the correct ecu header to interface with your chassis. You want that plug to look like the header on your original ecu.

Does your chassis have the matching grey C131 (connector on bottom left photo)?

When I replied yesterday your full message didn’t show up for some reason, so I didn’t answer all your questions, sorry. Yes, the wiring harness does have the C131. Someone on reddit may have found a solution to my problem, though. They suggested splicing the wires from the extra connectors to certain ECU wires. I believe it has a good chance of working, but there’s one issue: the diagram they gave is from Rywire, so the subharness wire colors are different than the ones CTT used. If I can figure out what color corresponds to what wire, I should be able to tap them to the correct ECU wires. In theory, it should work.

As you can see, the colors of the wires are different than in the diagram, but there are 5 wires as indicated. I’ll contact CTT and ask what color corresponds to what wire.

Please ignore the mess…I’ll figure it out later.
