The backlight for specifically just the AC fan control ****, AC temperature control ****, and 4 face vents only button will sometimes be on, sometimes be not. I am able to sometimes get them to turn on and stay on by pressing hard on any of the 3 things i mentioned, as well as pressing hard on the rear defrost button. This is such a weirdly specific problem that idk if anyone else knows of/has/had this issue. This video (below) shows what im talking about.
