Icon5 Integra TypeR whining sound

Hi! I’d like to ask for some help. I have a 2000 Jdm Integra Type RX. It has the factory B18C engine and S80 LSD transmission. The car is producing a high-frequency noise. It’s loudest at low speeds in 4th and 5th gear with light throttle. If I accelerate, it becomes quieter, and at higher speeds it’s no longer audible, or if I accelerate through all the gears. It’s only present while cruising. I don’t know whether it’s a contributing factor or not, but the car has Hardrace engine mounts installed. I assume vibrations can transfer more easily through them, but I still wouldn’t consider this noise normal. There is enough oil in the transmission, and as a first step I changed it and filled it with genuine Honda MTF oil. I’m attaching a video:
