Default Rotor and pad recommendation?

I was hoping to get some other repairs done on my 2001 GSR but it's looking like the front brakes are totally shot so have to order brakes next week. I have Wilwood 4 piston calipers waiting to be put on but lost the pad's so have to re order. I'm going to replace the rotors too. I'm trying to I keep it somewhat budget.

I was thinking EBC sport series USR850 slotted front rotors. There around $200 and Wilwood BP-10 pads for the front.

For the rear I was thinking Power stop evolution slotted and drilled rotors with EBC yellow pads. Rotors are around $85 and pads $80. I,won't run a drilled rotor in the front but though they would probably be OK for the rear.

I plan on flushing whole system with a performance DOT4 fluid. I may add braided lines to the system. I'm kinda on a budget but also don't want to buy part 2x.

I don't drive the car much, usually about 5 miles a week, about 1 time a week. I want to track the car a few times a year and most trips in the future will be 40+ miles and mostly freeway miles. Rear calipers were swapped around 40 or 50k miles ago. I know I should probably swap them but there's a lot of repairs the car needs so every penny counts. As I'm doing repairs I wantto upgrade were I can. I don't want to add temporary parts. I'm wanting all my mods to be reliable enough for long road trips while still being mildly track compatible.

what are your guys suggestions on rotors and pads? Should I stick to my plan or doses someone have a better suggestion? My budget is around $600, maybe $700 if I had to. That includes brake fluid.

I think I've settled on a Power stop Z23 evolution kit for the rear. It's $117 and allows me to add some braided brake lines to my purchase so I can replace everything but rear calipers. I already have the wilwood calipers for front like mentioned and the reast of this should run me about $640 after shipping unless I can find my front pads in storage. Brakes should be good for a few years after that. I'll probably only be putting 2-3k miles on the car a year.

So ended up with EBC, G15 high carbon, slotted front rotors. Brembo high carbon solid rear and will be using BP10 front pads with EBC yellow rear. Probably waiting until early May to install though. Still need DOT4 fluid and to locate my front pads in storage or order a new set.
