99 Civic Ex - Sometimes does not start...sometimes
Car usually starts... but sometimes it will crank but not turn over.
I am thinking this is a coil pack issue. Last time it wouldn't start I put a hair dryer pointed at the distributor cap for 10 minutes and then the car started.
Thoughts?

the internal ignitor in those distributors do go bad. I have like (3) ACCEL ignitors if you're interested. Will cut you a deal. PM me.

Are you aware of the ECU capacitors issue? They get old and can't take up to 10 min the activate the fuel relay. Or a bad fuel relay. So you might think it started due to hair dryer...

If you are experiencing the symptoms that diclemeg described, get the caps replaced right away. The longer you delay, the better chance that the ECU cannot be saved.
