I've done this many times when removing the air vent panel. It's not difficult. Just gently pry it off and don't use too much force.
Another thought, a 3d printed one is not going to look identical, IMO. Might as well just make a new design, print it twice, and replace both for consistency sake.

This makes sense, but only if you are indifferent to the appearance of the car's interior and do not pay attention to the use of original interior parts.

I removed it by screwdriver but very gently.
If you're afraid to use a screwdriver for fear of damaging it, try removing it by hand. I think it should work too.
