I have a 2001 Honda Civic EX VTEC 1.7 L my issue is random starting for instance this morning I came out my car started right up came home parked it for a couple hours came back out wouldn't start it's been doing this for the last 2 months it has new ignition coils it has new spark plugs camshaft sensor crankshaft sensor fuel pump the injectors have been cleaned and still can't figure out why it does this random starting doesn't matter if it's hot or cold it doesn't when it wants to do it does anybody have any ideas why it does it

 

When you write "wouldn't start" do you mean it wouldn't crank or cranked but the engine wouldn't start running?

If it wouldn't crank or sometimes cranls and othder times not then you most likely have a bad starter.

 

It will cranks over it won't start or tries to start
