2019 windows open on their own
My 2019 accord has an issue that started a few months ago and is getting worse. When exiting the car and attempting to lock it, it will unlock and all four windows will roll down and the sunroof will open. This doesn’t happen all the time. Just once in awhile but getting worse. All suggestions are appreciated.
Oh cool, I always liked that feature in a car. 350Zs can do that too.
But yeah, it's a feature.
To open the windows on a 2019 Accord with the key fob, press the unlock button twice, and hold it on the second press until the windows lower. This action will lower all four windows and the sunroof, which is useful for venting the cabin on a hot day. To close the windows without starting the car, use the physical key from the fob and insert it into the driver's door lock, then turn it left twice and hold it on the second turn.

To open the windows
- Press the unlock button on the key fob once.
- Press the unlock button again and hold it down until the windows reach the desired level.
- Release the button at any time to stop the windows.
- Remove the physical key from the key fob.
- Go to the driver's side door and insert the key into the keyhole.
- Turn the key to the left twice and hold it on the second turn to close all the windows and the sunroof.
- With the vehicle parked and the power on, press the home button on the steering wheel.
- Go to Settings using the selector wheel.
- Select Door Setup.
- Select Keyless Remote Power Window Control and then choose Off.

Thanks for responding to my post. I tried to follow your instructions and could not find the option “keyless remote power window control”. However while trying to remotely activate the action and then reverse it by using the manual key from the fob I discovered that the key hole in the door was damaged. It appears someone tried to open the locked door by prying the lock with a screwdriver. The keyhole is damaged and possibly causing this feature to activate randomly. Looks like I’ll need a new door handle. Thanks again for your help.
