Rear brake drums

Rear brake drums
Hey guys, I have a 2001 gen1 CRV. I did the rear brakes and I cannot get one of the drums back in any pointers or could the drum be warped? I adjusted The break to the lowest that can go and it still doesn't go in. Any tips or advice would help greatly appreciated thank you.
