Title says it all, so I plan on running 1320 uel performance headers, with a jackspania telescoping catalytic converter, and the yonaka catback exhaust for the Si on my ek sedan.

My biggest worry is that the hangers just aren't gonna line up. I know the question is going to arise of "Why are you running an exhaust for an Si on an LX?"

I was having issues finding a decent cat without welding in the first place, the jackspania cat fit that purpose as the down pipe from the 1320 uel headers would just bolt on as the cat is 2 bolt inlet and 3 outlet.

Originally I had the yonaka exhaust backordered for specifically the LX trim, but i noticed the problem that the midpipe is a 2 bolt inlet. Which I had a hard time finding any adapters and I'm trying to save some money not taking it to a welder/muffler shop if I don't need to. So I emailed yonaka motorsports and they just were like we can hook you up with the Si exhaust instead.

I emailed em back, and now my biggest worry is just the hangers and everything lining up properly. I also emailed jackspania because I wasn't sure what length their telescoping catalytic convertor could reach up to as it doesn't list it on their website.

I can barely find any other sources but had anyone else tried running an Si exhaust on an Ek Sedan or Hatch? Or does anyone have any tips?

 

Coupe exhaust will fit sedan.
