Default No power to IGP1 and IGP2

Well after many days of trying to figure out why I’m not getting power to my fuel pump or injectors it’s came down to no power to igp1 and igp2 at the ecu.

While trying to figure out the problem I replaced the main relay and ecu with no luck thinking that was the root cause only to find out no power is going to those wires. All my fuses are good and I even learned to check continuity to even check all the fuses haha.

I was hoping someone can tell me how those two wires are routed and where the connections are. Hope someone can guide me through this fix.

In your other thread, you stated pin number 7 (Fuse 44) is not getting power. Under-hood Fuse 44 suppose to be hot all the time. If there is no power there, that would cause IGP1 and IGP 2 to get no power; as Fuse No. 44 is part of the circuit that goes through the main relay to feed power to those wires.to IGP1 and IGP2.

I checked continuity on the ground wire on the thermostat and it was good.

Pin 1/3/5/8 are getting power. 6 and 7 are not getting power. When are these pins activated? During crank or should they be active as soon as key goes to on position?

Pin 6/7 are pin 2/4 compared to the photo provided. I am getting constant power.
