Default AEM Series 2 EMS connectivity issues- Solved

One day I went to go start my 2000 Si running a V2 ems. Wouldn't run the fuel pump or connect to the laptop after cycling the key a few times.

Check all fuses, ECU fuse was fine
start unplugging random connectors
Boost solenoid on C10 was the issue, it was stuck on and would stop the ecu from working correctly

Hope this helps anyone with the same issue. I've spent 2 weeks checking everything, who wouldve thought it was a damn boost solenoid.
