Low idle issue in Honda Civic Si
The issue occurs on the first cold start, but after the engine is running there’s no problem.

I have something similar happening to my EX right now, though not as severe.
Sounds like it could maybe be a vacuum leak or power issue. Are your battery & alternator good?
