2001 civic shift problems

2001 civic shift problems
Hi all,
My kids and I need help diagnosing this problem with their 01 civic ex 4speed BMXA automatic transmission.
The check engine light comes on and goes off periodically, the speedometer goes whacky, it’s shifts hard, not right and I get DTC P0700 and P0730. the check engine light go off buy itself and the DTC clears.
I’ve changed the VSS and both shift solenoids and ground cable.
