I have a 93 ex this is what's not working the upper turn signals, the int wiper setting, dome light, door chime, key in ignition chime, headlights on chime, driver side courtesy lights both doors, rear defrost, and the cooling fan doesn't come on the ac condenser fan does but not the passenger side cooling fan. I have checked all fuses no issues. I have tested all relays no issues. I checked the box under the dash that controls the int wiper setting the upper turn signals the rear defrost it was fine I have checked three major grounds under the hood and cleaned them all up if there is any more please tell me. I have power going to the plug of the cooling fan but no fan I bought 2 new fans still no fan so if anyone can help any of these issues please tell me I am a mechanic I need someone really knowledgeable about these 93 hondas because this is a common issue but no one ever tells the fix.
