Default Blown instrument panel fuse

I have a 1992 Civic LSI, it had a problem when I used my turn signal the car would die. Now that the turn signal problem has been solved, the 10A fuse always breaks and only the one for the dashboard light, probably a short, does anyone know where I should start?

Do you have an aftermarket radio? Is yes, remove it and make sure the ORANGE illumination wire is connected. If not, make sure it’s capped off properly. People forget that wire is 12V when ignition is turned on

Thanks for the tip, I actually asked them to install the radio from the 96-00 Civic and it doesn't work (it doesn't turn on) maybe the person messed with something on that orange wire, thanks again!
