1.5 T motor. Was doing an oil change and got distracted. Went to reset oil life monitor and as soon as I finished I noticed the oil pressure light was on. I immediately shut off the engine. Engine idled in park with no oil for 30-45 seconds.
Not sure how long oil light was on but as soon as I saw it I shut off the engine.
Filled with oil and turned it back on and it sounded ok.
how much damage was done?

 

It's possible that it's totally fine, if you didn't put any load on it.

I doubt it's fucked, but who can say for sure. All you can get are guesses. Doesn't matter anyway since there's not much you can do now.
