Who makes OEM Honda filters?

Who actually makes the blue Honda oil filters? I found another post that said they are made by Bosch and/or Filtech.

Anyone know for sure?

I think it's made in Canada. Not sure about the brand though.

BTW, Hparts have them on sale for under $4 each.

JDM and Euro Honda OEM filters are made by some french company..cant think of there name right now tho

Filtech, I believe is the Canada one "PT7", "P0H" I can't remember right now, but I know the new civic/crv oil filter or K=motors, take "PLM" which is made by Fram. (it say on the side of the filter).

Not sure.. but i bet you can call the honda dealership and find out...

Ah, thank you! Some dude on a non-car board was saying his new Civic filter was made by Fram - looks like he was correct after all

I have seen Tennex's plant and they make filters for Honda too. I just don't remember if it is an air filter or an oil filter. Anyone know if Tennex is a subsidiary of one of the companies mentioned above?

I just recently bought some of these american filters.. P0H == filtech.. I've also got a Canadian one and I'm comparing the 2.. the USA filter seems to by physically larger than the canadian one..
