Default coolant circuit overflowing above 600mbar

Hi,
d16y8 boosted / arp struts/ SF rods / carrilo pistons,

Is it possible after 1000km of engine running-in that a pressure of 600mbar causes a pressure leak in the cooling circuit? ( cometic gasket )
I have coolant splashing in the engine bay afterwards. And after refilling the coolant, the engine works perfectly under 600mbar

gasket dead ?

Re-torque the head studs... you may have already damaged the head gasket, but you might get lucky. Since it is easy to do on a SOHC engine, it is worth a try.

thank's for reply ,
I think I found another probable cause of the problem,
when I assembled the engine I thought that this trace of corrosion was not important, the error is perhaps there
