d16y7 block, cracked? chipped for sure, is this recoverable?
pulled my engine apart for a rebuild, as i was about to put it back together i noticed this. cracks chipped cracks
is this recoverable? i simply dont have the funds for a new block

Those are not cracks... just casting flash. No worries there. The gouge in the bottom of the sleeve just needs to be smoothed so that none of it is protruding into the cylinder column. You should be fine.
