Icon5 K Swap Wiring Questions

Hello users! I have been putting together my K swap for a while now and find myself approaching the part where I will need to handle the electronics. So, having searched and not found too many resources, I was wondering if you could link me some good threads or resources, or explain what I am missing. I feel as though I do not have a good understanding of the electrical system in a swap car. If you can give me some information about the overview of how the electrical system works that would be awesome.

I have been looking at the Hondata wiring diagram, but being a mechanical engineering student, I am retarded with electrics. I will continue to study it, but thought it might be worth posting to get more resources.

My understanding so far is thus: You will use the stock engine harness(I have 02-05 civic si) as long at it is close to the base rsx harness or the type s harness. You will plug in all sensors and the two ECU plugs into your ecu. You will modify the charge harness by running the battery positive to the starter. You will run the battery positive to the fuse box(where?), and the fuse box(where?) to the alternator. I am not sure if I should be using the CRX fuse box or the K series fuse box. You will also run battery ground to chassis. I have a K-Tuned swap harness to connect the CRX dash harness and the K Series engine harness, and can follow their directions, but I am unsure of how the coolant temperature sensor works in this application. I have a PNF ECU from the 2002 Civic Si, as well as a K-Tuned Immobilizer Bypass. I know I do not need the resistor box from the CRX becuase I have OBD2 Injectors.

My main questions are: Which fuse box do I use? Do I have the correct grasp of the charge harness? What is the best way to wire in the coolant temp sensor? What parts of the electrical system need to be switched with relays, and which to use? I have heard various things as well about re wiring the EF for a Walbro 255 fuel pump, but have heard some say it is not necessary, being a drop in kit. Your input is appreciated.

If you would like to link me any resources or answer questions, thank you.
