Default OBD2b Y8 with p28 NO FUEL PRIME!!

Obd2b d16y8 with a p28 chipped ecu. the y8 now has a obd2a dizzy and a BTO coil on plug kit. i put in a speed zone wire harness, its an obd2 connector harness with obd1 ecu plugs.

The "A" connector from the chassis harness (or whatever it comes from) now has no where to go because the new wire harness plugs go straight into the ecu instead of the obd2-obd1 conversion harness.

The fuel pump isn't priming, the c14 and all of the other capacitors look fine but i might replace them. the ecu isn't sending (or receiving, i'm not sure how the power flows) power to the Fuel pump relay wire coming out of the ecu.

The main relay is getting power when off and when key turned. i can also jump the main relay with a back probe to prime the fuel pump. i'm not sure what to do now but i think i got the wrong wire harness and i should get a stock harness that way the A connector has a home to connect to the ecu.
I need help!!! lol

Does the CEL come on and turn off when the key is placed in second accessory?
