Hello, new to the forum. I did a search for the issue I am having but did not find an answer. Below is the information for the issue, any help would be super.

- 2024 Ruckus w/ 16 miles on it …I added the following components -
- HMF exhaust
- MNNTHBX intake kit
- side mount carb pod filter
- other hoses that went to factory air box vented, except one by left foot plugged
- jet kit (38 and 78) tried an 80 already
- running around 200 feet above sea level
- running non ethanol
- carb cleaned very well
- ran gas treatment after initial issues
- new fuel filter
- new iridium plug which looks good, did throttle chops as well
- new electric choke

Starts fine, idle is good. After about 10/15 minutes of riding, it bogs and loses all power. Still idles fine. I pull over, turn it off, let it sit for 5-10 mins, then it does the same thing with bogging down. Bogging occurs mid throttle.

I have ordered new NCY CDI as well as coil/plug wire thinking it’s an electrical issue.

Does anyone have any thoughts on other things that may be causing the issue? I chased wires and checked fuses. Again, issue occurs only after 10/15 minutes and it getting warm. Does not smell like it’s running rich. Battery is fully charged.

Any suggestions? I am leaning electrical at this point but open to ideas. Thank you.
