Hey guys I am a noob when it come to wiring I don’t know where to start and I got no help I’m just seeing if Anyone knows of any common wiring issues or things that break that could make these things happen I’m experiencing my inside cabin light does not work my dash lights on my gauge clusters don’t either nor do my tail lights and radio my brake lights, reverse lights and turn signals all work I have swapped the gauge cluster from a car I had that worked for sure didn’t make a difference I’ve swapped all bulbs and I’ve swapped tail light assemblies I’ve swapped and checked every fuse nothing has made a difference my fuse box I haven’t tested but i presume it works as nothing is burnt and other fuses work I’m not sure if sometimes jsut slots in the box die out or what but just any light that can be shed upon this would be great even if your not sure like I said I got no ideas as of now and it sucks not being able to drive at night or listen to music cause of it
I’m not home to provide a more detailed answer, but my money says you have a grounding issue.
The radio has its own ground. It’s the black wire on the steering column support bolt right behind the ignition switch. This picture is a little grainy, but it’s this one.
Dash lights are grounded off of G401 via internal connections in the fuse box. It’s the ground point behind the hood release on the driver’s kick panel.
I’ll search for more when I get home, but see if you can search for a ground distribution diagram in the meantime.
