Default Fixing brake line section. Do I use two male connectors tube nuts, or male/female

I need some help fixing a brake line section on my 1993 honda accord LX, that's above the fuel tank.

From what I gather based on research, I will need this:

I will need a 3/16 nickel copper line.
And the tube nut that fits on each end the size is m10 x 1.0.

When finding these tube nuts that fit the 3/16 line. Most products I see will only come with a set of two male connectors, with no female connectors.
For Which I would need two male connectors and two female connectors. It seems I have to buy the female tube nuts separately, and I have no idea if the threadings match with the male tube nut.

I'm having a hard time finding the female tube connectors. But I did find one; I just don't know if the threading in them is going to match. Which leads me to my next question.

For the tube nuts. Should I use male and female connectors?

Or should I use two male connectors with a union connection? Refer to picture

Which is better?

Which should I use?
Which should I use?

Tbh I would just run a new line all together. Im not a fan of tube couplers on the brake system. I've seen them work fine before, but a whole new line might be easier to deal with

yeah, but that might be too much work. Disconnecting a brake line from a caliper and that line goes to the front of the car. I think it would be a better idea to fix the section.

I guess most people dont do brake lines anymore. They rather buy parts. A good recommendation of tools. And what I need to buy would be helpful. I'll just get the unions and cut the section out. I dont think I can drag a whole new brake line. I mean if I did it would still be above the fuel tank. I still would have to install it anyways. And make sure its secure.

Unless the brake line is a flexible one? To drag a new brake line, means I would have to disconnect it from two brake calipers and the brake master cylinder. That might be hard. It was already a pain in the butt taking the fuel tank off. Maybe if my was car on a lift at mechanics shop. Yeah I would get it done that way
