Need experts knowledge.
i recently faced an issue in my civic. I live in UAE so weather is not so cold here so while starting in the morning car engine shaked for a min and all the errors popped out one by one. I got to a mechanic he daignosed tht a misfire occured in 4th cyclinder after further daignoses he said to replace valve seal. I did tht but again same issue happen after scanning now the error was misfire in 3rd cyclinder. This time he said it is because the piston rings are jammed and stucked He opened the block and checked the rings which were ok i guess because there was no smoke or oil burning before. He said me tht he cleaned the rings and refitted them. So my question is tht is it ok to take out the rings and clean them then fit them because i heard tht honning boring is neccessary. I need ur advice on this.
