Ignition switch installation question
So I’m getting a battery tomorrow for the Honda. Did some work to it and well before I pop the battery in and try to start it, I wanted to know can I turn the crank by hand. I tried to use a 18mm or 19mm and well when I tried to turn the crank, it didn’t budge. The car has sat for over 5 years and well the car has ran before it sat. Just seeing if I needed to use a breaker bar to turn the crank or is there something I can do about it. Is it not possible to turn the crank and it’s something that I just simply start the car

A I was able to crank the motor by hand. The problem I found is the bolt is loose so have to turn it clockwise. I know it requires a lot to torque it down properly. Does anybody know the correct torque range for the harmonic balancer bolt and is it possible to turn the car on with the bolt being loose?? Imma replace the crank seal and do the timing and balance belt as well since it’s already loose
Crank pulley is not press fit and will need to be toghtened, 181lbft, it will come off and damage the engine. You will need two breaker bars and the honda crank pulley tool to properly tighten.
If the car has been sitting the fuel is most likely bad, remove the fuel rail return hose and jump fuel pump relay to drain tank.

Thankfully my torque wrench goes up to 200. The car has no fuel and well since I replaced the fuel filter debating on removing the tank to check out the fuel pump. I wanted to replace the seals on the crank and do the timing belt and balance belt since it’s already loose.
