I am trying to help out an old man who is 99 years old and a preacher.His 1999 Honda Accord has a shift problem and I have changed all three solenoids and it still has a problem.I need to know where the TCM is located.I read that it is under the carpet on the passenger side but it is not.There is a module under the right kick panel.Is that Also neutral and D4 indicator doesn't illuminat.
