Default Bake torque damage

If i was to pull the odd brake torque maybe once or twice a week at maybe for 2200 or so RPM would i hurt anything? I have an Auto Civ and I get revved on by Stunna's constantly but i dont race them cause #1. The street is usually to busy when the morons wanna race and #2. I'm afraid to brake torque my car.

I got revved on twice last week by this bone stock Civic CX. I know its stock because he cracked his hood at Tim Horton's one time and it was full of SOHC non VTEC nothin! My car is a 1995 Honda Civic Si coupe. So will it hurt it?

You mean power brake right.

Hold the brake down and rev it a little?

No it won't hurt...much.

WHy not just put the car in neutral then rev it?
