Default D Trans Hybrid Help all links on here are dead

I have a S40 P4A A000 and S40 P20 B000
disassembled and counted teeth what i found below
1st 39/12 both
2nd 38 or 41 / 20 or 23
3rd 34 or 35 / 29 or 28
4th 30/33 both
5th 26/37 both
FD 17 or 16 / 69 or 68
question is what is the best i could put together with above mentioned gear sets?
and anyone know about this 41 tooth 2nd?
eventually going turbo but I drive 100 mile a day to work so looking for that tight 1-4 with long 5th

3rd 35/28

Bearings and steel forks. Aluminum forks are discontinued with no alternatives, most are already worn past the service limit. You can change the final drive and 3rd gear, but to change 1st/2nd (both are integrated with the mainshaft so they are paired) you have to shim the mainshaft which requires specialty tools.

this B000 has AL forks and not interchangeable with the steel due to the detents but why cant i swap the whole shaft to change second bc i will have to pair the FD from that shaft wont that fit just mic it all and its seems to be interchangeable
so i could use the input shaft from the B000 with the gearing i mentioned above?
Purchased all this stuff with not sure exactly what shaft and gear sets go together the cases where open and shafts pulled only forks inside the cases the only understanding i have of what pairs is to the references to some of the teeth count but some of these are not listed if you look at the first post i cant find some of those counts and i know they are correct just trying to get the A000 put back together the B000 is back burner project

In your OP you said the B000 is an S40, all S40's have steel forks so if it has aluminum forks it's an S20.

If you want to use the 1.900 2nd in the A000 you will have to shim the mainshaft.

So what ratios dose the A000 go back together with without shimming main shaft and the B000 S40 is best option for first and second ratios so only need to get the MFactory 3/5/FD/LSD for ideal set up? Thanks for the help

I'd just rebuild it with the stock gears since you're going to actually build the B000.

If you're going to boost it, the MFactory 3/5 gears are not what you want. They are too short, even with the stock FD. You'll also destroy 3rd if you make some decent power.

the very first post is the teeth count i have i think previous owner swapped some things around if you could look it over mainly the second gear bc it is 41/23? thought once i counted it all up everything could be easy to identify everything else seems to match up other than that should receive rebuild kit wiht syncro today and got it all cleaned up to reassembly just want to make sure the gear sets are all good and installed correctly ok so what gear ratios do you suggest to build the B000 S40 when i find one?

pulled the A000 P4A out of the car and reassembled the other A000 P4A case i had put the bearings in with the input and main shaft out of the trans with bad bearings that was in the car seems to be ok but would like to resolve the above mentioned problems with the A000 would like to have this one put back together as a spare if someone could help me sort these gears out into sets and what pairs together for the the A000 tried to stack what appears to have came out of there back in and issues over and over
