Default B18B1 Civic swap Idle and Bogging Troubleshoot

I just got finished up with my b18 swap and have ran inti a few nagging issues that have prevented me from ripping this bad boy down some backroads.

The car starts and idles at around 1500rpm when cold but doen't go down at all even when at operating temp. When i go full throttle the car bogs completely and will stall if you don't let off the throttle but slowly giving it gas will allow it to rev up to redline completely fine.

I have found that there is a vacuum leak between the IACV and the where it bolts to the manifold, spraying some carb cleaner around that area will make the car bog to the point of almost stalling and the port on the TB for the IACV isnt pulling suction at all when my finger is on it. I have removed the IACV and the gasket appears to be fine. I even flipped the gasket too see if that would fix it and it did allow me to full throttle the car a few times before going back to bogging. Unplugging the IACV will make the car stall pit completely which I have read isnt supposed to happen? Though I've also seen people say its supposed to happen. I took the IACV off and covered the holes with my fingers and i was able to full throttle the car just fine but obviously it wouldnt idle.

All of this too me points out a bad IACV or atleast a bad IACV gasket (i even tried putting rtc around the holes of the IACV and it STILL leaked air) but my only other concern is when unplugging the MAP and throttle Position Sensors there is no change in idle or throttle performance. Could an air leak from the IACV cause me to be stuck in open-loop? Or would the sensors be bad as well? Ive looked through a bunch of forums all usually ending woth no update on what fixed their issues but non sounded close enough to mine to justify a $200 new IACV.

Some extra info the car has a remanded exu from HAmotorsports that i just installed. I had a hondata chipped ecu on it and it had a faulr code for an 02 sensor heater due to the connector bot being properly seated in the connecter. The MIL bulb is blown on the dash so its hard to tell if there is still a check engine light as the currently installed ecu doesnt have a hondata chip in it yet to check.

Just an update for the archives.

i got the CEL to showup and it was flashing for a tps and map sensor.

The biggest thing i found was after a smoke test on the manifold there is a HUGE crack across my IACV. Like rediculously big. Honestly dont know how i never noticed it.
