Default 1995 honda civic dx d15b7 head gasket replacement

I own a 1995 honda civic dx which has a d15b7 engine with 250k miles and it looks like there is a small oil leak from the headgasket. The headgasket has never been replaced and I would like to refresh the engine before I leave to go to the navy in June. I would like to know of a list of parts and gaskets I should also replace while doing the headgasket. Should i use a d16y8 headgasket? Should i buy a headgasket replacement kit? Would the quality of the gaskets be worse if I bought a kit? Should i replace the water pump while I'm at it? The previous owner did tell me he replaced the timing belt in 2018. Should I also replace the timing belt and tensioners? Any help and advice would be very great full. I also will be sending the head to a machine shop.

There is a leak gasket but it's hard to find. It's what you should replace it with. I am having a challenge finding a copy of the TSB 097-047 that talks about it.
Head gasket: 12251-P01-004
New Bolts: 9005-PM3-004

Info seen here:

The head gasket is on ebay OEM:

ok, little drunk here so bear with me. I did stinkies headgasket at 400kmiles. dont cheap out on the headgasket, felpro MLS is the way to go. New headbolts also, some will say you can reuse the old ones but for 50bucks its not worth it. yes replace the water pump, again use a name brand pump. No do not use anything except name brand. Replace the timing belt. and tensioner. again name brand. Heres the deal. Cheap out with the parts and you get to do it again, Ask me how I know this. Or buy the good stuff once and not have to worry about it.
