F23 400 to 450 hp?
I am planing on installing f23 on my eg hatch my hp Goal is 400 to 450
My main concern is do i have to regrind the cam or i can just get away with upgraded spring and retaniers *** regrinding the cam i just dont want to do it please if someone can help with this thanks
can the stock cam hold up to 400 to 450 hp?
And anyone knows where i,can get springs and retainers i know there is bisi but is there any other company that makes them?
the bottom end will be built forged piston rods bearings.

From my few friends that stuck with F series and boosted them to serious power numbers, they sent in their factory cams to Delta Camshaft for regrinding. I think the "272" is their turbo friendly profile, but that's something you may want to discuss with them.

For valvetrain parts, with the F23 it looks like Bisi is your only option. If you had the F22B2 or F22AX there are multiple options. I would definitely recommend changing these components with the kind of power you want. Don't want to crack an OEM retainer at high rpm and drop a valve.
