2000 Civic HX with 126,000 miles. Engine gradually loses power, runs very rough, and eventually stalls out. Starting and idling are OK. Error codes are for misfire on cylinders, and lean on fuel bank 1. Have replaced coil, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, MAF, both O2 sensors, fuel pump, and fuel filter. Thoughts ?? Thanks

 

Ignition coil inside distributor. Can usually get a replacement from autozone cheap. Test it with a multimeter first.

What’s your running fuel pressure? May need to get a rental gauge you can tape to the windshield while you drive, so you can see if it’s dropping during the drive.
