Default Vibration Resolved After going in reverse several time?

2007 accord lx had bad shaking that shook steering wheel left to right and back and forth. Transmission felt like it was going out with funky shifting around 55-60. Car is pushing 300k.

I did reading on forums and decided to swap cvs, did front wheel bearings and hubs. Found compliance bushings were shot so replaced those and replaced all struts which previously had never been replaced.

This improved steering wheel significantly snd smoothed out transmission but still was getting a slight shaky vibration. Had an alignment done and there was some items out of spec that were brought back in spec.

Still had an overly vibration ride where it felt overly sensitive to road bumps.

The weird part: My rear drum shoes needed adjustment and I can't find a tool that will work for slot in back plate so I put car in reverse hit brakes pretty hard 5 or 6 times. This improved brake feel in pedal and brake performance.
*** After doing this vibration is gone!? Can adjusted brake shoes mask bad rear wheel bearings? Did this somehow shift the motor mounts into a more proper position? Does this indicate I have a motor mount going out? Previously did a quick inspection and no signs of cracks.
