Idle Issues when cold only
I have a 99 civic with a b18b and OBD1 p75 ecu. The idle surges only when cold and is fine once the car warms up.
I've already bled the coolant several times and have changed the IACV with an OEM new one. I've done a smoke test and have no vacuum leaks I can see.
The car drives fine once warm with no idle issues.
I checked the TPS and get .529V closed throttle and 4.492V open throttle.
Does the TPS or throttle screw need to be adjusted to have closed throttle closer to .48V, or is there something else I should be checking for?
